Join us in the beautiful Ballroom at Bridges for a two course lunch cooked by Chef Richard and served to you by a loyal and hardworking group of volunteers. The lunches are very popular and booking is essential (booking should be at least a week before the event to avoid disappointment).
Recent dishes include –
- Honey roast rack of pork with baked apple, sage & cider sauce, fondant potato
- Oven roasted salmon fillet, mushroom shallot and dill velouté sauce, new potatoes
- Roast chicken breast, pearl onions, mushrooms, pancetta lardons, thyme jus & creamed potato
- Beetroot & mushroom wellington, carrot puree, thyme gravy (v)
- Wild mushroom, puy lentil and asparagus risotto, melting camembert cheese (v)
- Rum & stem ginger panna cotta, spiced shortbread biscuit
- Mango & passionfruit cheesecake, whipped cream, tropical fruit salsa
- Dark chocolate & raspberry tart, whipped cream, chocolate sauce
